01

Introduction

BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH is a leading provider of online market research. We endeavour to conform to the ESOMAR Code of Conduct. BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH collects information from Panel members during and after registration with a Panel – including, but not limited to, during participation in a survey, additional profiling questions, and in connection with the receipt and redemption of rewards and incentives. Your email address is required to validate your account and send you email invitations to participate in our upcoming surveys and potentially to process requested rewards for survey participation.

BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH Panel does not sell, share, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with these parties for their promotional purposes, and hope you enjoy your active participation in our community. BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH Panel invites its site visitors to join an online panel community of willing respondents to express opinions on various topics. BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH assists firms, governments, and political, or other entities in making better decisions with the information provided by its users mostly through online surveys.

BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, panel lists, and visitors and therefore developed the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is governed by our Member Agreement.

02

Panel Registration & Profile Information

BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH Panel encourages panel members to supply current and accurate information at the time of registration and to update demographic information throughout their membership. Such information includes but is not limited to gender, income level, birth date, position of employment, industry employed, decision-making authority, and medical conditions as such details will assist in pre-qualifying panel members for survey opportunities and for topics that would be of interest to them. Such information facilitates our ability to send surveys corresponding to their area of interest and expertise.

Participation in BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH Panel and all survey invitations are always voluntary and a participant can opt out of participating in any particular market research opportunity or terminate their membership altogether. A member desiring to terminate his or her membership with BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH may terminate their membership by (a) following the instructions set forth in their membership account, (b) sending an email request to info@binaryandbeyondresearch.com from the email address associated with their membership, or (c) selecting the opt-out link contained in each email invitation sent to members of our panel and following the applicable steps.

Each terminating option method used to opt-out deactivates the member's account and permanently terminates their membership (including any applicable redemption reward points earned) associated with their membership. Terminated member accounts will not receive any further survey invitations. BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH will retain the personal information of a terminated member for an indefinite period of time. Even after termination of membership, BINARY AND BEYOND RESEARCH will continue to protect such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
